  • What's Elf Prep Academy?

    Elf Prep Academy is Santa's exclusive school to train new Christmas elves. Students enrolled at Elf Prep are led through twelve courses including Toy Building, Snowflake Design, Tree Decorating, and more. Once students complete all of the courses they'll become official Elf Prep Academy Graduates!

  • How are the courses delivered?

    Elf Prep Academy's online learning dashboard walks students through the full curriculum. Courses include both online instruction with videos and interactive lessons as well as offline activities such as recipes, crafts, and worksheets for students and parents to work on together.

  • How much does it cost to enroll at Elf Prep Academy?

    Enrollment fees for Elf Prep Academy are $19.99 per family. This unlocks access to all 12 courses as well as the graduation ceremony.

  • What if I have more than one child who wants to enroll?

    We recommend one enrollment per family since the courses and content are meant to be enjoyed together. You'll be able to print multiple copies of the activities and graduation certificates!

  • How long does it take to complete all of the courses?

    Most elves take up to a week to complete all of the courses, but the pace is completely up to you as our courses are all on-demand. You'll be taken right back to where you left off each time you return to the dashboard.

  • Where do I access my classes?

    Your custom online dashboard can be accessed here with the login and password information you used to sign up.

  • How do I access the offline activities?

    Many of our courses include printable PDF worksheets or instructions for making recipes and creating crafts.

  • How do I graduate?

    Once you complete all of your courses you will become an official Elf Prep Academy Graduate! Professor Peppermint will deliver your commencement address and you will receive an official certificate.

Here are some common questions we receive from new students at Elf Prep Academy:

  • Do I need to move to the North Pole?

    This is certainly not a requirement as all of our courses are available online. That means you can become an Elf Prep Academy graduate and still live at home with your family!

  • Will my ears become pointy?

    Highly unlikely as we haven't heard of any Elf Prep Academy student's ears transforming... yet.

  • Do I get magical elf powers?

    All Elf Prep Academy graduates will have the special power of spreading holiday cheer.

  • Will I be able to fly?

    Not quite since flying requires an advanced degree from Elf Prep's Flight School and takes several years to learn.
